Music City Guide is owned and published by Holly White as a sole proprietorship. The site helps Nashville visitors compare tours, attractions, seasonal events, group activities and transportation decisions; it is not an operator, venue or ticket seller.
What we compare
We focus on published inclusions, time commitment, pickup arrangements, age and access rules, group fit and the complete cost a visitor needs to check. A guide is a decision-ready shortlist, not a claim to cover every provider.
Sources, not invented experience
Where a guide compares named products, it links to the operator’s source and states when the details were reviewed. We do not describe a tour as personally tested unless a guide explicitly says so. We do not invent star ratings, customer reviews or awards.
Updates and corrections
Time-sensitive guides show a verification date and link to the official event, venue, operator or ticket source. We refresh seasonal details more often as an event approaches and remove expired inventory from current lists when the site is rebuilt. To report a factual error, email [email protected] with the page URL and the source that supports the correction.
How to use a recommendation
A suggested fit is editorial judgment, not a guarantee of availability, quality or suitability for every guest. Verify current prices, access requirements, inclusions and cancellation terms with the provider. A quote brief prepared here is not a submitted request or reservation.
Who handles your booking
The external provider handles checkout, payment, booking confirmation, customer service and refunds under its own terms. Music City Guide currently does not take payment or sell tickets directly.
